    A participating physician does, after reviewing your questionnaire and photos. RefreshU coordinates the journey and never makes the medical decision.

    Is this medical tourism?

    Not in the way that phrase is normally used. RefreshU is a concierge service built around a physician led journey, where the trip is designed rather than improvised.

    How much will I save?

    It depends on the procedure and on what you compare it to. We publish comparisons only where the figures and the methodology can be verified and approved.

    Can someone travel with me?

    Yes. Packages support a partner, a friend or family, and your companion can look into a treatment of their own if they want to.

    What happens to my medical information?

    It is collected through a private questionnaire and sent for review by the physician handling your case.

    What about travel insurance?

    Delays and cancellations can affect the medical schedule, and real coverage depends on each individual policy. RefreshU does not promise reimbursement.
